**Resident Superintendent (Team of Two)**

**Resident Superintendent - full time, permanent position**

**NCC 24 **consists of 60 owner units on four floors overlooking Lake Nipissing. The ‘Condo’ has covered and open parking; a party room; a swimming pool and sauna; barbeque areas; a tennis court; and manicured grounds. It is a premier condominium in North Bay and the owners and the Board of Directors take pride in the condition and appearance of the building and grounds. There is an expectation that the Superintendent will share in this pride of ownership, and through the outlined duties and responsibilities, maintain the common areas as presentable as possible.

We are seeking full-time Superintendent (a team of two) to live on-site and work at our condominium building in North Bay, Ontario. Come join our team We invite couples or teams of two to apply.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the building and grounds are safe, clean, and presentable.
- Monitor building activities.
- Perform administrative tasks
- Perform basic building maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within your capabilities; and work with contracted services.
- Perform seasonal work, when not contracted, as required, such as yard work, snow removal (shoveling and salting).
- Understand and comply with health and safety practices, work instructions and procedures, as established through Harbourside Policies and instructions.
- Must be willing to be on-call nights and weekends, and respond to after-hour emergencies.
- Operate a Class B swimming pool (training course provided if necessary).

**Qualifications**
- Maintenance skills in all janitorial aspects.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
- Strong follow up skills and able to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Must be bondable and willing to take a criminal background check.

**Salary Information**
