We are a Thai Restaurant & Bar Serving Up Cocktails And Modern Renditions Of Traditional Thai dishes.
We are looking to welcome someone who is:
- is customer service oriented

- able to multi-task while paying attention to detail
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking take-out orders
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage the reservation system and seating arrangements to ensure efficient seating of guests
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organize the restaurant, especially the host stand and reception area
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests regarding reservations, restaurant policies, menu, and promotions
- Organize orders for food for phone orders and delivery apps
- Manage waitlists and communicate estimated wait times to guests
- Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns in a professional manner
- Communicate and help servers set and bussing tables to ensure a smooth flow of seating and service
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

Salary can be revised based on experience.
