Paros is an Aegean experience that focuses on classic Greek dishes with quality ingredients, located in the heart of Yorkville, Toronto. Our menu takes its inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Greece and beyond, offering a memorable dining experience.

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of space
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience
- Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the appropriate personnel
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
