**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in manufacturing accounting an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for month-end closing in Syspro ERP for multiple related entities.
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in consolidating financial statements.
- Responsible for uploading completed month data into OneStream FP&A software.
- Review & analysis of OneStream reporting, comparing against various budget scenarios.
- Lead and facilitate annual budgeting process, work closely with site General Manager on the budgeted output and assist in developing improvements, roll out of improvements.
- Responsible for reforecasting annual budget with current assumptions quarterly, monthly, and weekly with varying degrees of detail.
- Identify and analyze financial variances to budget and projections.
- Continued implementation of internal control processes aligned with Terex Internal Control Reporting Matrix.
- Suggest and implement process improvements tracking control testing and accounting department efficiencies.
- Develop internal reports for multiple levels of management.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable ledgers, develop reporting, and mentor staff in the ongoing management.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare support documentation for external accountants as part of year-end.
- Assist in training new staff, support current team’s growth and development.
- Work closely with local senior leadership team and with internal corporate departments on various projects such as ERP project initiatives, larger-scale process changes, etc.
- Analysis of job profitability, review of monthly profitability against targets.
- Monitor bank activity, maintain cashbook bank reconciliations and develop cash forecasting processes.
- Quarterly reporting schedules requested by external corporate reporting department.
- Monthly tax calculation and filings (GST, Corporate tax).
- Foreign exchange obligations reporting.
- Special projects as assigned
