Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is actively seeking applicants for a Bundled Care Coordinator position. The Bundled Care Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Surgical Services and the Surgical Team to provide administrative support to achieve the Hospital's strategic direction within the Surgical Services Program and the affiliated Bundled Care Program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides efficient administrative support to the Director of Surgical Services in the day-to-day operations of the Surgical Program and its affiliated Bundled Care Program.
- Develops procedures and monitors to ensure efficient workflow for the Bundled Care Program.
- Compiles data, prepare reports, and presentations as required for the Management Team.
- Maintains corporate records and ensure compliance with required legislation and best practices.
- Information management, i.e. coordination of meetings, composition of internal/external communication, database management, filing.
- Develops effective relationships within team environment.
- Utilizes project management in the coordination of special initiatives.
- Maintains and submit financial records as it pertains to the Hospitalist Program.
- Monitors billing compliance and looks for missed billing opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Schedules required services within the Surgical Program.
- Coordinates and maintains agreements with external partners and key stakeholders for the Bundled Care Program.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment for the Surgical Program.
- Follow Hospital policies and procedures and those applicable to assigned duties;
- Follow safe working practices and abide by the Occupational Health and Safety Act;
- Use sound judgement and awareness of potential hazards before acting;
- Promptly report errors/events or situations of actual or potential event or harm;
- Ensures patient safety and infection prevention and control relating to the position;
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality;
- Contribute to positive work life and physical environment;
- Carry out duties in a way that embodies the mission, vision and values of providing a patient and family-centred experience and high quality care; and,
- Work cooperatively with fellow employees and management towards the achievement of the Hospitals' strategic priorities.

**Qualifications Required**
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or related field or relevant years of experience may be considered.
- OHIP Billing experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing administrative support.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-directed, self-motivated, work independently and prioritize work situations.
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to problem solving and exercise sound judgement.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize duties and use discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships both within and outside the service area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.**Other pertinent conditions**:

- Salary ($27.80 per hour to $32.52 per hour)
