We are looking for supportive **Server Assistants **to enhance our Service Team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with customer needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our customers having a great experience at Birdies Eats & Drinks.

**As a Server Assistant, you will**:

- ** Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional customer experiences. **By anticipating the needs of both your server and customers, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
- ** Create authentic connections in every interaction. **Elevate every day’s experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
- ** Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. **Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- ** Adapt to any situation with ease. **Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
