Donut Server

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied. Your ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
- Assist with donut preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
- Maintain a tidy storefront and complete cleaning duties for both the front counter and kitchen area

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Take pride in providing an amazing and personable experience for customers.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and handling of credit card and debit transactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical requirements include continuous standing/walking for all tasks, pushing, pulling crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 22kg.
