**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our company, helping clients select the perfect flooring solutions for their needs. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in our showroom and at their locations to understand their flooring needs.
- Provide expert advice on flooring options, installation processes, and maintenance.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals.
- Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new products and trends in the flooring industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the flooring or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive drive to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license.
