- Participates in the planning of work load and schedules.
- Prepares quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources.
- Answers calls from customers and Parts & Service Sales Representatives.
- Supports the foreman in admistrative duties.

**Job qualifications**:

- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma in a mechanical field combined with 2 to 5 years mechanical
- experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Written and spoken communication skills in French and English
- Knowledge of MS Office software and SAP
- Knowledge in manufacturing, plan reading and tenders
- Organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Analytical and good judgment
- Ability to work under pressure
