**Role and responsibilities**:
As a **Technician, Human Resources,** you will be one of the resource persons for employees for all administrative questions related to HR:

- You will collaborate on the various HR processes, including: coordination of hiring interviews, welcoming activities for new employees, communications, mobilization, support for health and safety committees and our management teams, etc.
- You will be responsible for managing group insurance files (changes to coverage, administrative monitoring of premiums, monthly validation of billing, etc.) for the 300 employees of the company.
- You will liaise with our payroll department to ensure the accuracy of information in employee files (hiring, termination of employment, changes to files, etc.).
- You will liaise with our prevention mutual for the management of CNESST files.
- Produce HR reports and compile statistics on performance indicators
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes.

**Required knowledge and experience**:

- College diploma in Administrative Techniques, Human Resources option, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in a manufacturing environment

**Skills and abilities required**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, kindness and positive attitude
- Autonomous, dynamic, very well organized and discreet team player
- Aware of the importance of always providing excellent customer service to our employees
- Good communicator, both orally and in writing
- Skilled with numbers and data
- Good knowledge of English (frequent contact with colleagues in Ontario)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
