We are a busy long term contractor and require a person for a day or two a week. Duties would include A/P, A/R, Balancing Bank Statements, Monthly P&L Statements and generally keeping our books up to date. Experience with Quick Books or a similar program is required. We use external accountants for year end statements, If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Send me a little info on your background, which city you live in and your availability. We anticipate this to be a 15+ Hour a week position, over 1 to 2 days. Again, am very flexible on times as long as the job gets done. The job does require you to do the work from our office. Remote offices just doesn't work for what needs to be done.
