The Junior Multi-Function Service Technician is responsible for water filter changes, supporting the service team with installs and basic repairs and reconditioning equipment in the profit center and/or customer locations. Provides customer assistance in resolving customer questions, problems, or complaints regarding equipment. This role also covers for route drivers when absent doing deliveries, cleaning equipment and stocking pantries. May be asked to support warehouse function and vending fills when required

**Responsibilities**:

- Change water filters at client locations as needed
- Bench equipment for installs and repairs
- Support Technicians with installs when needed
- Stock and maintain vending machines
- Deliver products and services to assigned clients to cover sick and vacation days
- Manage on site inventories as to ensure serveries are stocked at all times.
- Maintain and control inventory as to minimize variances and conduct weekly inventory counts in your vehicle.
- Support warehouse team as needed
- Complete all necessary documents as per corporate guidelines, i.e. invoices, cash out reports, work orders.
- Stock, rotate and inventory vending machines (if applicable)
- Lift and carry weight ranging from 5 - 10 kilograms, minimum 20 times during an 8 hour period, utilizing proper lifting and carrying procedures.
- Inform customers of all in-house promotions, new product lines and all pertinent refreshment information with the focus of increasing sales.
- Work with sales team and customer service agent to ensure full understanding of new client information and requirements.
- Operate a company vehicle in a manner that is safe for employee and public as per the Drivers Statement of Understanding.
- Complete vehicle inspection daily (DVIR). Ensure maintenance issues are taken care of.
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized on a day to day basis.
- Notify Management of any change in contact person at location.
- Represent ARAMARK professionally.
- Attend staff and Health & Safety meetings.
- Participate in Service Stars, WHMIS and other training as required.
- Duties as assigned by the Management Team.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
- Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
- Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines. This skill is normally developed through six months to one year of experience in the equipment service operations or through vocational training.
- The ability to read and write in English is required.
- Must also possess effective communication and customer service skills.
- Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record and a qualified driver’s license.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).**Education**:
