Materials Coordinator

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize facilities using material handling equipment including counterbalance and reach
- Perform inventory counts and update inventory in the ERP system
- Setup ERP system to place inventory in to dedicated racks and bins
- Assist with facilitating orders throughout the facility
- Receive incoming goods and check for discrepancies
- Review the production schedule on a daily basis with the production supervisor and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Other duties as assigned

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English Fluently
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
- Experience with material handling equipment forklift/reach is a must
- Must be comfortable working with computers and quick to learn new software
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Raymond Reach: 3 years (required)
