- Employee recognition program (years of service) Some of the responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk include:

- Order Processing, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving
- Accurately assess the condition of stock to be shipped and regularly verify that the quality of the outgoing products meet Company standards
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
- Performing Inventory Cycle Counts and Inventory Management
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Ability to review pick sheets based on customer orders and picking products for each order
- Miscellaneous labor requirements: sample extraction, repairing damaged goods, labelling requirements for all inventory
- Communicating changes such as product damaged during warehousing, movement of product from one location to another
- Understands and follows all health, safety, security and environmental requirements
- Packaging, repackaging and blending operations, movement of product from one unit of measure to another
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections
- Keep the warehouse organized and tidy and follow general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Assist Production Team as required and directed for support Qualifications / Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced distribution environment dealing with carriers, suppliers, internal and external customers
- Ability to lift loads of 50 pounds
- Able to work days, afternoons, overtime and occasional weekends
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working and promoting a safe work environment
- Emergency response training /incident command experience preferred

**Experience**:

- Shipping & receiving: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)
