The hotel maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure a safe, functional and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role involves managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment and systems are properly maintained and in excellent working condition. The maintenance manager will work closely with other hotel departments to address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently while also planning and implementing preventive maintenance program.

Key responsibilities:
Maintenance operations : manage and coordinate all maintenance activities including routine inspections, repair and upkeep of hotel facilities, equipment and systems ( e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pool and safety systems)

Team management: Supervise, train and schedule the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of maintenance tasks. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance program to ensure long term functionality and safety of the hotels infrastructure. Schedule and conduct regular inspection and service of equipment and system.

Emergency response: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and coordinate emergency repair to minimize downtime and guest and inconvenience.

Compliance : Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies. Maintain up to date records of inspection, certifications and safety protocol.

Guest Service: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to address guest complaints or issues related to facility promptly. Maintain high standard of guest service and satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, prepare report on maintenance activities and present findings to hotel management. Provide recommendations for improvement and upgrades.

Pay: $42,213.61-$50,837.89 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
