Hotel General Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing budgets, forecasts, and revenue reports to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain quality standards in all areas.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
