What You'll Be Doing**
- You will be responsible for overseeing the sanitation operations, including production equipment deep cleaning (CIP), utensils pot washing as well as general facility and office area cleaning duties
- As a Leader, you will ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined; performance expectations are well understood and adhered to; proper personal protective equipment use is followed; ensure effective training; and manage employee feedback constructively
- You will be responsible for ensuring that food safety and GMP’s are consistently being adhered to; company SOP’s and policies are followed; and regulatory requirements are being met
- Move labour to ensure the cleaning and sanitation requirements are met
- Coordinate the Cleaning Schedule of the Facility
- Perform record keeping as requested by the Supervisor and/or Manager
- Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility throughout most of the day and without fail by end of day
- Ensure the team has an understanding of policies and procedures
- Work to make continuous efficiency improvements to job tasks
- You are passionate about general cleanliness and organization of the production facility

What We Are Looking For**
- 1+ years of experience in Janitorial in a food prep, restaurant, warehouse, or busy retail environment preferred
- Able to work in a high-paced Production environment with strict deadlines
- Extremely proficient at multitasking
- Detail oriented and meticulous
- Able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs
- Punctual attendance is essential
- Willing to work afternoon, evenings and weekend shifts as required
- You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a helping hand

What You Can Expect**
- Hourly wage of $23.17 + Overnight premium
- Work schedule of Thursday from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Friday-Sunday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
