Job Title: Head Bartender for High-End Italian Restaurant

**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and curate an extraordinary cocktail program at our high-end Italian restaurant. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and exquisite cocktails, managing bar systems and inventory, and providing exceptional service to our discerning guests. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for mixology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and creating a captivating cocktail menu that reflects our restaurant's concept and enhances the dining experience
- Developing unique and signature cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques
- Ensuring that all cocktails are prepared consistently and to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Training and leading a team of bartenders, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Overseeing the bar operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels
- Implementing efficient bar systems and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to create harmonious pairings between cocktails and food items on the menu
- Interacting with guests, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar
- Staying updated with current trends and advancements in mixology, attending industry events, and continuously refining your craft

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, techniques, and garnishes
- Proven ability to create unique and balanced cocktails that showcase creativity and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, set high standards, and foster a positive work environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage inventory, orders, and bar operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
- In-depth understanding of bar systems, including POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
