As **Head Bartender**, you’ll lead the bar team with creativity, efficiency, and a deep commitment to hospitality. You’ll take ownership of the bar program while actively bartending and being present on the floor as a leader and collaborator.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Bar Program Leadership**
- Oversee aspects of the beverage program, including menu development, stock levels, ordering, costing, and quality control
- Maintain consistency in cocktail specs, presentation, and prep methods
- Collaborate with the GM and Chef on seasonal updates and pairings
- Ensure the bar is set up for success every shift—with clean stations, par levels met, and a well-prepped team

**Team Development**
- Train and mentor bar staff on service standards, drink knowledge, and bar systems
- Model strong steps of service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency

**Operations & Admin**
- Oversee liquor inventory, cost tracking, and weekly orders
- Ensure daily bar opening/closing duties and checklists are followed

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- 3+ years bartending in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant, including some supervisory experience
- You bring a strong foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine—and you’re excited to keep learning and exploring.
- Comfortable training others and maintaining a high-functioning bar team
- You’re warm and knowledgeable—guests and teammates feel confident and at ease in your presence.
- You’re highly organized and take pride in setting up systems that make your bar team feel prepared and supported. Able to work 5 evenings per week
