A fast-growing, Vaughan-based food company operating multiple brands across retail, foodservice, and manufacturing throughout the USA and Canada is seeking a dedicated **Supply Chain Specialist** to join our team.

We’re looking for an experienced individual to join our team and take ownership of cross-border shipments, documentation compliance, and inventory coordination, ensuring our products get where they need to be, on time and in full compliance with food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and process import/export documentation with customs brokers, ensuring full compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Collect and manage documents related to purchase orders, inbound/outbound shipments, and cross-border transactions.
- Run weekly inventory reports, track monthly shipment summaries, and support continuous process improvements.
- Top-tier communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Support additional supply chain and logistics tasks as needed.
- working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system preferred.

**Note**: Employee may be required to perform other duties as needed to support the ongoing needs of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
