**Fraser Autogroup**is seeking an amazing Automotive Service Advisor to add to our well established team.

**Requirements**:
- A valid Ontario driver’s license and a clear driving record.
- Must have Dealership experience-Chrysler Dealership experience is an asset but not required
- An ability to sell recommended maintenance services
- Great customer service skills
- Maintain a peak customer satisfaction level (CX).
- Professional dress appearance.
- Process oriented

**Automotive Service Advisor basic responsibilities**:
- Greet and accommodate customers promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
- Receive and document proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Answer all telephone calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry; advise client’s regarding vehicle problems (such as if they should tow in, Bring in immediately, check or add oil, etc).
- Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
- Look into customer history; inspects vehicle and recommends additional needed service.
- Check on progress of repair throughout the day; contact customers regarding any changes in estimates on promised times, Obtains customer’s written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales.
- Review every finished repair order for correct information, pricing, and accuracy.
- Review vehicle report cards and invoice details with all customers.
- Ensure repair orders are paid, processed and closed promptly.
- Ensure that your work area is kept tidy.
- Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
- Explain technical information about repairs to customers using easy to understand terminology.
- Keep up-to-date on all information pertinent (e.g., dealership policies and procedures) to the Service Consultant position; Complete manufacturer training as required and by deadlines given.
- Show honesty toward customers while showing empathy for their problems and concerns.
- Clearly understand issues and demonstrate a willingness and desire to follow through on what needs to get done.
- Take ownership over problems and show creativity in dealing with difficult problems. Ensures that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern.
- Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, especially if it requires overcoming obstacles
