The Supplement Advisor responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
Customer Experience
- Executing the 5 Sales steps with every customer
- Ensuring the store cleanliness is always upheld to a superior standard
- Fluent with all online order types and how to use the supplementking.ca website
- Completing customer Returns and Price Matching
- Understanding and able to communicate our SK Everyday Value Programs ($125 and $125, $30 free

stadium cup & sample and Everyday Mix n Match)
- Understanding and able to communicate our SK Loyalty Programs (Royalty Rewards, Elite, Military
and GoodLife 15%)Staff Culture
- Understanding our Brand DNA, Brand Guidelines & our Policies and Procedures
- Daily use of SCOOP platform
- Attending Monthly Staff Meetings Business Performance
- Daily use of central communication tools
- Daily use and understanding of POS system Merchandising/Product Knowledge
- Understand and explain the why behind our store merchandising plan
- Ensuring all price tags are up to date
- Daily completion of inventory counts, stock rotation and tracking short dated products
- Understand and explain our flyer items and their specific merchandising plan Community

Involvement
- Always representing and upholding the Supplement King brand; both online and within the local
community

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
