**PLEASE NOTE: This role is to support one of our financial industry clients.

Role: Level 1 Desktop Technician
Onsite Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST

**Job Description**:

- One Service Desk Level 1 support technician.
- One or two years of IT experience.
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Apple iOS, and Android support knowledge..
- Good communication skills.
- This person needs to work from the office 5 days a week.
- The main working location is the office in downtown Toronto; however, we may need this person to be able to support the office located north of the city.
- We are looking for 6 months to 1 year agreement with the option of renewal.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
