We are looking for a **Product Owner, Payments **with 3+ years of experience to work alongside our Manager, Finance & Accounting. In this role, you would be responsible for understanding the payment processing flow & costs associated with all our merchant processing and corporate card transactions. You will analyze & report on areas of improvements in terms of revenue generation and cost optimization, and work closely with developers on building & maintaining our proprietary gateway. Ultimately, your contribution will result in better decision making & rules for payment processing optimization, directly impacting our bottom line in a positive way.

- Primary point of contact for all payment processing expertise (merchant processor & corporate card providers) related matters;
- Understand, document & continuously improve our payment processing flow for all transactions;
- Develop payment flow rules & strategies to help improve the efficiency of the payment processing cycle (cascading rules, prioritization of merchants, fee analysis);
- Analyze and report on payment processing data (success & decline rates, processing costs, etc.);
- Build dashboards in order to communicate findings & areas of improvements/optimization to help manage payment processing costs;
- Work with developers to establish & maintain the proprietary gateway through which all of our transactional volume will flow;
Here are the requirements for this role:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Extensive knowledge and experience of online payment processing industry is highly encouraged;
- Ability to learn and understand various business processes related to e-commerce and travel;
- Ability to build models, queries & reports from scratch using databases, SQL queries, and Excel;
- Experience with visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker;
- Be comfortable auditing data to validate accuracy and completeness;
- Effective problem solving, analytical and documentation skills leading to ability to pinpoint patterns and make effective recommendations;
- Working with different stakeholders to assist with data acquisition, data-related technical issues and other analytics needs;
- Working in a fast-paced and technological environment, with strong communication skills and respecting strict deadlines;
- Ability to manage large amounts of data and turn said data into meaningful analysis to respond to various inquiries;

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la compréhension du flux de traitement des paiements et des coûts associés à l'ensemble de nos transactions de traitement des commerçants et de cartes d'entreprise. Vous analyserez et rendrez compte des domaines d'amélioration en termes de génération de revenus et d'optimisation des coûts, et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs sur la construction et la maintenance de notre passerelle propriétaire. En fin de compte, votre contribution se traduira par une meilleure prise de décision et de meilleures règles pour l'optimisation du traitement des paiements, ce qui aura un impact positif direct sur nos résultats.
