What You’ll Do:
1. Bookkeeping Support
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, deposits and payroll
- Assist with project budgets and audits.
- Oversee petty cash, floats, and bank errands.

2. Administrative Support
- Provide assistance to the Executive Director, festivals, special projects, and fundraising initiatives.

3. HR Support
- Assist with recruiting, contracts, and intern/student reporting.
- Manage key/fob/password access systems.

4. Process Management
- Maintain organized systems for electronic and paper files.
- Provide point-of-sale (POS) terminal support for festivals and events.
- Ensure smooth workflow for operational processes, from logistics to documentation.

5. Graphic Design Liaison
- Collaborate with graphic designers and provide backup for social media posts.

Work Environment & Expectations:

- Split time between The Carrot and Jerry Forbes Centre.
- Includes daytime hours, one evening per week, and a weekend shift.
- Flexibility is key - our schedules adjust to operational needs.
- Must have access to a vehicle during work hours.
