**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems as required.
- Fabricate and weld components as necessary to maintain equipment integrity.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations when needed.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in welding and fabrication techniques is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of maintenance personnel.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and clients.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
