Fett Investments is a family-owned and operated property management company in Edmonton, providing apartment units for the residents of Edmonton, Red Deer and Hinton for the past 25 years. Fett Investments is seeking to hire a **mature and energetic couple for the role of Resident Manager** at one of our **properties in the Bonnie Doon area**, to be an ambassador for our company and its standards and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our tenants.

**Opportunities for the Resident Manager position currently exist in Edmonton’s Bonnie Doon area.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of moving in/out and related inspections
- Preparing suites for new incoming tenants
- Meeting prospective tenants for suite showings
- Completing and managing all resident related paperwork and files
- Ensuring any repairs or maintenance needs are communicated and promptly addressed
- Minimizing vacancy rates by securing qualified tenants
- Taking initiative to maintain the interior/exterior appearance of your property year round
- Additional duties, as required

**Requirements**:

- Must be a self-starting couple with strong time management skills
- Professional communicators who can relate to a variety of people
- Have basic knowledge of building maintenance and operation
- Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Are available to work a flexible schedule, based on current demands
- Prior property/rental management experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act is an asset
- The successful applicants must be able to provide a clear, valid Police Information Check

**Pay**:

- reduced monthly rent rate based on property size & number of building suites

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
