At Acclaim Health, you will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to support our exciting future. You will play a key role in the implementation of our new Recruiting and Onboarding system.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute recruitment strategies, programs, and processes, across multiple disciplines with a focus on Personal Support Worker roles
- Help develop our employer brand (advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and other creative solutions)
- Work in partnership with third parties, including college/universities, external recruitment agencies, job board partners, etc. to build diverse sourcing channels
- Participate in our campus recruitment strategy and program, developing partnerships and offering creative solutions to attract early talent
- Work collaboratively with our recruitment team and support full-cycle recruitment activities
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment challenges across our sector and propose innovative solutions
- Maintain recruitment metrics and KPI’s to inform decision making and drive continuous performance improvement
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to build Acclaim Health employment brand
- Support the onboarding process for all new employees
- Support an equitable and inclusive recruitment process to strengthen diversity across Acclaim Health
- Provide coverage and support to your HR teammates

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- College diploma or Bachelors degree, with a background in HR is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
- Proven recent experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Highly collaborative with excellent teamwork ability
- Strong relationship-building and partnership skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Superior organization ability and very detail-oriented
- Strong proficiency in HR systems (e.g. ATS, HRMS); experience with UKG an asset
- Strong proficiency in MS Office required - Outlook, Word and Excel

This position is based at our office in Oakville, Ontario however, may include a combination of virtual and in-office work as determined by the needs of the organization.

Starting salary range: $53,020 to $56,238

Pay: $27.19-$28.84 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
