**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and launch a responsive and SEO-friendly e-commerce website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, with intuitive navigation and a seamless checkout process.
- Implement secure payment gateways and maintain the website’s security.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize loading speeds.
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Implement and optimize e-commerce features such as product recommendations, reviews, and wish lists.
- Set up and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze website traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and marketing ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience in e-commerce, including building and managing e-commerce websites.
- FMCG experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing e-commerce websites.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
