- Evaluates market opportunities to open thought processes with producers, creating growth areas for innovative solutions currently underperforming in the market.
- ** Strategic Oversight**:

- Participates in account status meetings, offering actionable insights to prioritize growth activities within the swine segment.
- Collaborates on potential standalone business models, introducing advanced tools, technology, and nutritional support to expand service offerings.

**Business and Market Intelligence**
- Conducts in-depth competitor and market analysis to uncover opportunities for introducing innovative swine solutions and strategies.
- Builds robust prospect profiling by identifying key high-value targets, such as farms with over 500 sows or those seeking data-driven and sustainable solutions.
- Stays attuned to market trends and customer needs, particularly within the Ontario swine market, to provide tailored, impactful recommendations that enhance product positioning.

**Process Optimization**
- ** Streamline Product Offerings**:

- Conducts continuous pricing reviews and works with internal teams to optimize product lineups, focusing on premixes, micros, and complete feed.
- Implements SKU reduction strategies to minimize complexity while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
- ** Market Differentiation**:

- Drives innovation by challenging traditional approaches and engaging producers in discussions about new products that maximize performance.

**Business Development Initiatives**
- Supports growth through a customer-centric approach, emphasizing tailored solutions that meet operational needs.
- Engages with large and mid-sized swine operations to showcase NutriOpt and other digital platforms, establishing Trouw Nutrition as a leader in swine innovation.
- Leads initiatives to convert high-value leads into active accounts, aligning with strategic business objectives.

**Internal Network and Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to:

- Develop tools and materials that support effective product launches.
- Enhance communication and align cross-functional goals to ensure market success.
- Supports the creation of integrated product strategies that leverage existing strengths while identifying and addressing gaps in offerings.

**External Network and Market Development**
- Builds and maintains a robust external network by:

- Strengthening relationships with existing accounts, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
- Representing Trouw Nutrition at industry events, increasing visibility, and positioning the company as an innovation leader.
- Develops long-term partnerships to drive swine market growth and increase the adoption of platforms like NutriOpt.
