**About the Role**:We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Impact Measurement Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a Master's level student who is passionate about quantifying and improving the social and environmental impacts of organizational initiatives. You will play a crucial role in designing metrics, analyzing data, and delivering insights to drive meaningful change. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement frameworks for measuring the social and environmental impact of programs and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to impact metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align impact measurement practices with organizational goals.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate impact findings effectively.
- Research industry best practices and innovations in impact measurement.
- Participate in strategy discussions to refine organizational impact goals.

**About You**:

- Completed Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, or a related field required. Master's program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
- Knowledge of impact measurement frameworks such as IRIS+ or the Social Return on Investment (SROI) model.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
