At FFMN (Forever Forget Me Not) ,we are looking for Personal Support Workers with a passion for forming connections with seniors and their loved ones. We are looking for someone who can enrich the lives of the seniors that they are caring for and can provide support that allows them to continue to live comfortably at home. **Positions available in Toronto and GTA.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors, patients, and those with dementia or hospice care needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications as directed by a nurse or healthcare professional.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need of care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
