**The Palladino Auto Group is hiring an Accounting Clerk**

The Accounting Clerk role is responsible for preparing and entering A/P invoices for payment, ensuring the proper coding of expenses, and applicable taxes while processing invoices, and the processing of retail sales deals. Responsibilities include assisting the Controller in monthly preparation of the financial statements, posting journal entries and preparing expense reconciliations. Accounts receivable processing, retail sales transaction posting, reconciliation of accounts are functions of the Accounting Clerk role, while maintaining internal controls and policies.

An Accounting Clerk joining our team will expect to be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using. They start with learning about each department in the dealership to understand how they all work together and manage the day to day operations. We will provide detailed training so that knowledge about all accounting software is gained and our new team member is fully proficient.

Accounting Teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday to Friday, and there can be late shift as per the requirement of the business.

**What do I need?**

Must have a clean driving record and Valid G Driver's License

Minimum Three year College Diploma in Accounting/Business '“ major in Accounting
