Earning Potential:

  • Competitive Compensation: $25.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Our top technicians earn up to $9,000 monthly after taxes.
  • Bonuses & Incentives: Earn up to $1,000 on top of your hourly pay through monthly performance bonuses, overtime, and tips.

Your Role:

  • Diagnose and repair various types of appliances.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and on-site managers.
  • Access and utilize manufacturers' service manuals and bulletins.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Residency in Windsor, ON.
  • Driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Appliance repair experience with commercial and residential units.
  • Appliance Repair Journeyman Certificate (preferred, but not required).
