**Overview**

**Duties**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, including software and hardware problems.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform repairs on various mobile devices.
- Analyze schematics and technical documentation to understand device functionality.
- Conduct software troubleshooting for iOS and other operating systems to resolve customer issues.
- Assist customers in retail settings by providing knowledgeable advice on mobile devices and accessories.
- Maintain an organized workspace while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in working with Windows operating systems and familiarity with various computer hardware components.
- Experience in analyzing schematics related to mobile devices is preferred.
- Strong skills in software troubleshooting for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools for device repairs.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry developments.
