Corma Industries is a modern manufacturing facility in Southeast Calgary. We specialize in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) production runs and prototyping for a wide variety of clientele, using leading-edge CNC Milling and Turning Centers. In addition, we manufacture and sell our own product line.

Corma is currently searching for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to support us with our marketing and sales efforts as we grow our company to the next level.

**Duties include**:

- In conjunction with senior management, develop, execute and evaluate B2B and B2C marketing and communications campaigns that will build public awareness of our brands, generate sales leads and support the inbound and outbound sales efforts;
- Produce print and digital marketing materials, trade show displays, banners, and signage;
- Assist with in-person events, such as trade shows, presentations, and shop tours;
- Update our website and conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts;
- Write and post visual and written content for different social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and website;
- Support the development of promotional content, including digital and social media, trade magazines, sponsorships/awards, recruitment and community involvement projects;
- Work with external vendors regarding event and SWAG management, branded items;
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends;
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs

**Qualifications for Marketing Specialist**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferred;
- Working knowledge of web Content Management Software (CMS) systems, HTML; Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and SEO methods;
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills;
- Interest in and knowledge about the latest digital technology trends;
- Strong attention to detail, ability to focus on priority tasks;
- Ability to contribute as a team player, ask questions, and work independently;
- Superior organizational and time management skills;
- Photography and photoshop editing skills an asset.

Salary based on experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
