Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute business development strategies
- Manage financial risk by implementing effective internal controls
- Lead project management initiatives related to financial planning and analysis
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives
- Experience in business development and strategic planning
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Oil and Gas Experience preferred

Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
