**Position: Bobcat Sales Coordinator**

MacKay’s Truck & Trailer Center is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated **Bobcat Sales Coordinator** to join our team. If you have a passion for compact equipment and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers, we want to hear from you

Reporting to the General Manager this position will work to support customer service and sales specialists for our full compact equipment line up.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate Bobcat Sales Activities: Support the sales team in all aspects of Bobcat sales operations.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering expert product knowledge and guidance.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communications to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with Sales Staff: Work with the sales team to create and maintain comprehensive sales reports.
- Stay Informed on Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest products and equipment in the industry.
- Monitor and Organize Inventory: Effectively track and manage inventory, including new products and services.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Assist with writing invoices and maintaining accurate customer information.
- Prepare Status Reports: Compile reports on customer status, including sales call activity, follow-ups, and closing reports as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the equipment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of compact equipment is considered an asset
