Mr. Motor Inc. is a fast-growing dealership in the used car industry in Toronto, serving the GTA with over 200 cars in stock. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Manager/Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting our sales team through effective marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the dealership and its inventory
- Manage and oversee social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook Marketplace, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness
- Generate leads from social media and the website, targeting different areas to drive traffic to the showroom
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads through effective business development strategies
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and campaigns to drive foot traffic and online sales
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
