**Job Title**: Technical Lead (Power Platform/Dynamics 365)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all current and upcoming development projects across Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Manage and develop the DevOps process and tools for efficiency and performance.
- Improve the development and operations processes to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between the development and operations teams.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Lead a team of developers, assigning tasks, and managing workloads according to their skills.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Handle daily Order Management administration and support, including issue resolution.
- Provide support for all regional teams, coordinating frequent requests for changes in ongoing projects, including support of DevOps and Automation operation.
- Manage resources required for smooth Order Management operation, including ensuring adequate Azure VM availability for RPA order queue.
- Update and provision Power Apps as required and oversee backend automation operations.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects, managing risks, and resolving issues that affect the project scope, schedule, and quality.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Manager, DevOps manager or similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics 365), Azure VM, and RPA tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) would be a plus.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
