**Reports to**:Chief of Information & Governance

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Lead the IT function of internal technical team.
- Liaise between users, operations and programming personnel in areas of systems design, modifications and/or trouble shooting.
- Act as the primary escalation for customers encountering technical issues.
- Conduct and complete customer Information Security audits and questionnaires.
- Complete comprehensive reports outlining departmental activities and objectives.
- Utilize diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries to perform remote troubleshooting.
- Identify optimal technical solutions for customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding IT products or services.
- Document and keep track of events, problems, and their resolutions in detailed logs.
- Proactively follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Relay customer feedback or suggestions by customers the relevant internal teams for consideration.
- Research, design/identify and implement improvements to internal technical processes and policies to support and improve corporate communications, access to information and end-user productivity
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends and technologies that provide benefits to the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience leading business operations and multiple IT teams
- Development and coding experience/knowledge is a strong asset
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Bilingualism is an asset (French/English)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in the information technology sector
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
