We are looking for a meticulous, people-focused, driven individual with effective communication skills to ensure that our customers continue to receive the absolute best customer experience from our team from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive to various customer sites to perform support and maintenance work
- Primary function of the role will be responding and resolving support tickets for both residential and commercial which includes but is not limited to troubleshooting s, splicing, replacement and OTDR
- Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
- Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs as required to Beanfield standards
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
- Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
- Miscellaneous infrastructure and panel work
- NPOP maintenance
- Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
- All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience working with people is a MUST
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a relevant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on various projects at any given time
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

**Additional Notes**:

- Must be able to work on-call work and be available for emergency maintenance work

Must have a valid driver’s license
