We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all payroll and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity within our organization.

**Responsibilities**

**Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.**
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct account reconciliations and analysis to maintain financial accuracy.
- Implement and maintain payroll and accounting software systems for efficiency.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with GM to manage employee records and benefits administration.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Accounting and HR roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Preference will be given to those with experience with **Sage Business Vision.**:

- Proficiency in payroll software such as Payworks or ADP. Preference will be given to those with experience with **Payworks.**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
