Job Overview

Canada CRS is seeking an experienced and motivated **Plumbing Division Manager** to lead our growing plumbing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a wide variety of **commercial and residential projects**. From installations and troubleshooting to routine maintenance and repairs, you’ll guide and support your team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with proven leadership and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support plumbing technicians on multiple projects
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues while guiding the team toward solutions
- Perform and oversee pipe welding when required
- Collaborate with HVAC and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system performance
- Manage tools, equipment, and ensure job sites remain safe and organized
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Report to senior management on project progress and team performance

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a plumber with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices
- Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Previous leadership experience (foreman, lead, or manager role is an asset)
- Familiarity with HVAC systems (asset)
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and fieldwork when required
- Valid driver’s license (commercial vehicle operation an asset)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
