**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

- Manage construction and development teams
- Complete and submit time and cost estimates
- Develop weekly and monthly schedules
- Provide day-to-day direction to crew members
- Communicate with crew members to ensure projects are on track
- Plan and account for necessary resources
- Submit deliverables according to expectations
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data for reports
- Create and submit budgets, draft project charts
- Analyze and manage risks
- Lead meetings to identify and resolve problems
- Ensure progress is consistently monitored and reported
- Work with vendors to ensure clear communication
- Assist with other related duties, as necessary

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in construction and estimation of at least one or more years
- Experience as a project manager of at least 3 or more years preferred
- Transportation requirements
- Use own transportation, unless otherwise directed
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
