Utility Locator / Damage Prevention Technician - Experience & Non Experienced to Locate for Kitchener Hydro Only.

Type of Position: Full Time Employment

Job Responsibilities:

- Locate underground (buried) utilities For Kitchener Hydro only
- Ability to read utility drawings
- Operate electronic detection equipment to locate and mark underground facilities within required accuracy limits
- Provide accurate sketches and documentation for all locates completed
- Must be capable of trouble shooting and problem solving
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- Possess valid driver’s licence in good standing and undergo security clearance checks as required
- Applicant must possess excellent English (verbal and written) skills
- Must have high school diploma
- Industry experience is considered an asset

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
