**The Opportunity**:
At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada. We are searching for Change Manager / Senior Change Manager to join our Professional Services team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate with project team and client stakeholders to champion change management initiatives
- Lead / support the design, development, and management of key change management deliverables such as Change Management Plan, Communications Plan and Training Plan.
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to assess potential change impacts and the organization's readiness for change
- Help clients understand change impacts and strategies to successfully implement new solutions or processes

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Successful completion of a University Degree or approved equivalent combination of education and experience
- As least 5 years' experience leading large-scale, complex change initiatives
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working with various stakeholder groups including executives and end users
- Completion of Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification would be an asset
- Previous consulting experience would be an asset
- Public sector experience would be an asset
- Change Management experience on large ERP projects would be an asset
