**_ You have the following experience:_**
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support client change initiatives including impact analysis, identifying key groups, analyzing, and preparing change risk mitigations, and working to improve the change experience.
- Working with business leaders, middle managers, and frontline employees alike to understand their current experiences and uncover opportunities for enhanced client success.
- Designing tailored change management approaches focused on people strategies and resulting in faster adoption, a more engaged/prepared workforce, and faster realization of benefits.
- Developing and implementing change that aligns with client operational models and their overall vision and strategies.
- Leading change impact and readiness assessments/analysis activities such as workshops, focus groups, or interviews and providing executive-level reports outlining recommendations for actions.
- Belief in the importance of people by incorporating human-centric principles to business change.
- Ability to deliver executive-level presentations that bring cohesion to strategy and change concepts.
- Providing high-value status reports, presentations, and post-implementation activities to ensure ongoing success.

- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adjust to changing circumstances.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively and building trusted relationships.
- Able to work with multidisciplinary teams in a positive and productive manner.
- Excellent problem-solving, priority setting and interpersonal skills.
- Work and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to align different level of understanding, influence others and move together towards common goal or vision.
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.

**_ Education and Experience _**
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with multi-pronged organizational change efforts.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Change management certification or designation, is an asset.
