Birdhouse is looking for a General Manager to be part of our expanding, new and innovative concept which originated in the West Island. We need a leader ready to take on the excitement and responsibility of creating awesome guest experiences. Birdhouse offers the best food, with a cool atmosphere to create unforgettable experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for the success of all operations; enjoys mentoring staff with a hands-on approach; and ensuring all our guests have the best food experience possible.

You must have previous experience in a similar position, and strong social and business attributes. Most importantly, the ability to problem solve, and practicing and implementing the highest standards of health in safety is required.

Additionally, you will be responsible for all inventory, payroll, and scheduling.

**General Manager Job Summary**

**General Manager Duties and Responsibilities**
- Hire and train FOH staff.
- Set and maintain a shift schedule.
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Oversee stock levels and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues.
- Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH)
- Manage budgets and report to owners.
- Process Payroll
- Do monthly inventory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$72,500.00 per year
