**Description**

Under the supervision of the Manager, the requested person will provide daily service and perform various general maintenance tasks.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General interior painting;
- Repair of walls, gypsum ceiling and suspended ceilings;
- Performed any required tasks to keep the building in the best condition possible;
- Provide a portion of the maintenance and sanitation of the premises;
- general handling;
- Any other related task.
- High school diploma completed;
- Experience in general woodwork (an asset).

- Punctuality;

- Autonomy
- Ability to work in a team and also with the public;
- Sense of priorities and organization;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
